Candy Cane
How to get powdered candy cane to not stick?
I make a mean candy cane hot chocolate, and I kind of want to make up little christmas gifts of it (dry ingredients though) and I find after a day the powdered candy cane I made (with a blender) gets stuck to itself and gets all hard and clumpy.
Is there any other ingredient I could mix in with the mint to prevent it from sticking and keeping it at a nice consistency? It will be kept in air tight jars too, if that helps!
a light dusting of cornstarch ought to solve the problem.
